The University of Victoria Vikes have announced that Marina Skakun, Brooke Taylor and Charisse Faubert are the recipients of this year's Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame (GVSHOF) awards, established to support local varsity student-athletes attending UVic. 

The 2021 Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame Induction Dinner on October 23 was a great success with a sold-out attendance. As we weren't able to have a dinner in 2020 the Hall of Fame honoured both 2021 and 2020 inductees

(Victoria, BC – October 8, 2021) University of Victoria men's soccer alumnus Simon Keith, one of the longest living organ transplant recipients in history, has established a new award that will provide financial support to student-athletes whose life has been directly impacted by organ donation.
