The Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame (GVSHoF) has announced it has a new Platinum Sponsor – VIMCA (Vancouver Island Mechanical Contractors Association). VIMCA is an association of unionized mechanical contractors on Vancouver Island.

“The association feels it is important to recognize and honour the individual accomplishments of the many athletes, teams, coaches and builders when they enter retirement from their sport,” says Robert Hope, General Manager of VIMCA. “We are proud to fill the roll of Platinum Sponsor for the Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame.”

“This generous contribution will help us with our costs for the annual induction dinner as well as our ongoing maintenance of the many archives and displays we have at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre,” said Doug Jennings, President of the GVSHoF.
