The Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame is accepting inductee nominations for 2019. There are four categories for induction – Athletes & Teams, Coaches & Officials, Builders and Media. Nominations will be accepted until February 28, 2019.

The Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame and the University of Victoria are proud to announce that first-year Vikes men's rugby player Lachlan "Lockie" Kratz is the 2019 recipient of the Bate Family Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame Award.

The Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame (GVSHoF) is pleased to announce that Nick Tuele has been inducted into the Hall as an Honourary Life Member. The Honourary Life Membership special designation recognizes extraordinary contributions to the GVSHoF over an extended period of time.
